Amazing Raisin Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 1 c. mayonnaise, 2 large eggs, 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 1/4 tsp. cloves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a large bowl on low speed, combine first 10 ingredients. Mix 2 to 3 minutes.
Mixture will be heavy.
Add apples, raisins and nuts.
Pour batter into a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake in oven at 350Β° for 45 to 55 minutes.
Top with whipped cream when served.
I used red Roman apples.
