Aloha Shrimp Salad
Aloha Shrimp Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. water, 2 lb. unpeeled medium sized fresh shrimp, 1 c. finely chopped celery, 1 can unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained and 1/3 c. raisins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Bring water to a boil; add shrimp and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
Drain; rinse with cold water.
Peel and devein, if desired.
Combine shrimp and remaining ingredients. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
Serve on leaf lettuce or in pita bread.
