Almond White Chocolate Bark is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. whole almonds, 8 oz. white chocolate, chopped and 3/4 c. chopped dried apricots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Toast almonds in 350Β° oven about 12 minutes, stir often. Cool.
Melt chocolate in double boiler, remove from heat and add almonds and apricots.
Drop by tablespoons on waxed paper. Refrigerate until cool and hardened.
Store up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
Good at Christmas time.
