Almond Tea

Squeeze juice from lemons; reserve the juice and set aside the rinds
Combine the lemon rinds, water and sugar in a saucepan
Bring the mixture to a boil and then remove from the heat
Remove and discard the lemon rinds
Stir in the reserved lemon juice, vanilla extract, almond extract, pineapple juice and tea
Freeze the mixture in a container which can be transferred to a punch bowl for serving.
