Almond Joy Cake
Almond Joy Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chocolate cake mix with pudding, 1 c. pet milk, 1 c. sugar, 24 large marshmallows and 1 (14 oz.) pkg. coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix cake mix according to package.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan. In medium saucepan combine
1 cup Pet milk and sugar, bring just to a boil and add marshmallows.
Stir until melted, then add coconut.
Pour over hot cake.
Melt together 1/2 cup Pet milk, butter and milk chocolate chips.
When heated, add almonds.
Pour on
Better made the day before.
