Almond Joy Cake
Almond Joy Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. chocolate duncan hines cake mix (with pudding), 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. pet milk, 1 small pkg. miniature marshmallows and 14 oz. coconut (1 bag), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix and bake cake according to package directions.
Punch holes in cake.
Combine 1 1/2 cups sugar and 1 cup Pet milk. Bring to a rolling boil.
Boil for 1 minute.
Stir in marshmallows and coconut.
Spread over hot cake.
Bring 1/2 cup Pet milk, 1 1/2 cups sugar and butter to a full boil boiling for 1 minute.
Then add chocolate chips and almonds and spread over coconut mixture.
