All-In-One Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. milk, 1/2 c. uncooked regular, quick or instant cream of wheat cereal, 4 oz. swiss cheese, grated (about 1 c.), 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard and 2 eggs, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Grease an 8-inch square baking dish. In medium saucepan over low heat, bring milk to the boiling point. Slowly sprinkle in Cream of Wheat cereal, stirring constantly. Return to boiling point; reduce heat.
Stir until thickened, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add 3/4 cup of cheese and mustard; stir until cheese melts.
Beat in eggs until well blended; stir in the sausage.
Spread into prepared pan.
Sprinkle top with remaining cheese.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
