Alice's Roast
Alice'S Roast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 1/2 lb. eye of round roast, 1 pkg. dried onion soup mix, 2 cans golden mushroom soup, 3/4 can water and bag small carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Place roast in large roasting pan.
Put onion soup mix on top of roast.
Pour mushroom soup and water around roast.
Cover with heavy foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 2 hours.
Add carrots and potatoes and cook for 2 more hours.
