Mix flour and sugar together; set aside.
Mix Ale 8, margarine and cocoa in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Pour this mixture over the first mixture.
Mix eggs, buttermilk, soda, vanilla and marshmallows and first mixture together and bake in a 325Β° oven for 25 minutes or until done.
