Alan Dimisko's Clam Dip
Alan Dimisko'S Clam Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans minced clams with juice, 1/2 c. italian bread crumbs, 1 tsp. lemon juice, 1 small onion and 1 garlic clove, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Put the clams and lemon juice in frying pan at medium heat for 15 minutes.
While that is cooking, in another pan, cook onion, garlic, green pepper, butter, parsley and spices until onions and green pepper are cooked.
Add the rest of the ingredients, except for the cheese.
Put everything in a baking dish and top with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes; serve with crackers.
