Agnes' Fudge
Agnes' Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 c. small marshmallows and 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil the milk and sugar hard for 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat and add remaining ingredients; stir until smooth.
Pour into buttered 8-inch pan.
When cool, cut into pieces.
Can also use butterscotch or peanut butter chips instead of chocolate chips.
