Acorn Squash
Acorn Squash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium acorn squash, 3 tbsp. sour cream, 1 tbsp. butter, 1 thin sliced onion and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Halve squash and remove seeds.
Bake, cut side down, in pan, containing 1/2-inch of water.
Remove from oven when tender, but not too soft.
Scoop out of shell into blender; cool slightly, then add sour cream, butter, onion and seasonings. Cover and blend until smooth.
Mound into shells.
Return to pan with 1/2-inch water.
Top with slices of your favorite sausage and bake for 10 minutes.
Place under broiler and brown.
