A-La-Smith Bread
A-La-Smith Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. butter, 1 loaf sourdough french bread, split lengthwise, 8 oz. philadelphia cream cheese, 6 chopped garlic buds and 1/2 c. jack cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix butter, cream cheese and chopped garlic buds and spread on both French bread halves. Grate Jack cheese and sharp Cheddar cheese. Sprinkle over bread.
Set on foil.
Chop a couple of green onions over both halves. Bake in 300Β° oven for 20 minutes.
