8 Minute Light And Fruity Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. jell-o (i.e. cherry or strawberry), 2/3 c. boiling water, 2 c. ice cubes, 3 1/2 c. cool whip and 9-inch graham pie crust, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water, stirring, about 3 minutes. Add ice cubes.
Stir constantly until gelatin is thickened (2 or 3 minutes).
Remove unmelted ice.
Using wire whip, blend in Cool Whip.
Chill until mixture will mound.
Pour into crust.
Let set. Keep in refrigerator.
