8 Hour Salad
8 Hour Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head lettuce, 1 c. celery, diced, 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, uncooked and 1/2 c. green pepper, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Tear lettuce in small pieces and place in bottom of pan or dish (with a tight lid).
Layer rest of ingredients in order.
Add sugar to mayonnaise and spread on top like frosting.
