7-Up Salad
7-Up Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 oz. 7-up, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jell-o, 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 20 oz. can crushed pineapple and 1 c. whipped cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix 7-Up with marshmallows and heat until melted.
Add Jell-O; stir and dissolve.
Slowly add hot mixture to cream cheese; whip until smooth.
Add pineapple and nuts.
Chill until partially set. Fold in whipped cream and mayonnaise.
Pour into 2-quart mold and chill overnight.
Garnish with sugar frosted grapes, if desired, and serve.
Grapes go into center if you use a ring mold, otherwise around edge of plate.
