7-Up Salad
7-Up Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 oz. sprite or 7-up, 1/4 lb. (2 1/2 c.) tiny marshmallows, 1 pkg. lime gelatin, 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Combine pop and marshmallows over low heat until marshmallows are melted.
Pour over gelatin and stir until dissolved.
Have cream cheese at room temperature.
Add hot mixture slowly to cream cheese; beat until smooth.
Add lemon juice, pineapple and nuts. Chill until partially thickened.
Fold in whipped cream.
Blend together.
Refrigerate.
