7-Up Salad
7-Up Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 small pkg. lemon jello, 2 c. boiling water, 2 c. 7-up, 2 c. bananas and 1 c. marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix jello and water together, then set aside to cool.
Mix next 4 ingredients together thoroughly with jello; put in refrigerator to set.
Mix sugar and flour together to get lumps out.
Then add pineapple juice and egg; cook in double boiler until thick.
Set aside to cool.
Then mix in Cool Whip.
Spread over jello mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
Return to refrigerator until ready to serve.
