7-Up Salad
7-Up Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. small marshmallows, 1 (7 oz.) bottle 7-up, 1 (3 oz.) box lime jell-o, 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese and 1 (no. 2) can crushed pineapple (juice and all), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Bring to boil marshmallows and 7-Up.
Dump in cream cheese and Jell-O.
Add crushed pineapple, juice and all.
Let cool.
Then fold in Cool Whip.
