7-Up Salad
7-Up Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lime jello, 1 c. hot water, 1 small pkg. cream cheese, 3/4 c. miniature marshmallows and 1 small can crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix gelatin and hot water.
Add cheese and mix until well blended.
Add marshmallows, drained pineapple and 7-Up.
Pour into 8 x 8-inch pan and place in refrigerator.
I usually top the salad with pecans.
