7-Up Cake
7-Up Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 3 c. sugar, 2 sticks margarine (soften at room temperature), 1/4 c. oil or shortening and 5 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cream together margarine, eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla; beat 1 minute. Add flour and 7-Up, beat until creamy.
Oil Bundt pan then pour in mixture. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Remove oven and let cool about 30 minutes before removing
(tube pan, cool 15 minutes).
Let cake cool completely before adding glaze topping.
