7-Up Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box lemon cake mix, 1 box lemon or pineapple instant pudding, 4 whole eggs, 3/4 c. wesson oil and 1 (10 oz.) bottle 7-up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Beat on medium speed 2 full minutes.
Pour in 3 x 8-inch cake pans which have been greased and dusted with flour.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Frost with Pineapple Frosting (see icings).
