7-Up Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. margarine, 1/2 c. crisco, 3 c. sugar, 5 eggs and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream first 3 ingredients together (make it light); add eggs one at a time and add vanilla.
Then add flour and 7-Up gradually and alternately.
Grease tube pan.
Dust with 10x sugar.
Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350Β°.
