7 Layer Bars
7 Layer Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1 small bag chocolate chips, 1 small bag butterscotch chips, 1 c. chopped pecans and 1 c. coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Preheat oven to 375°.
Melt butter in 9 x 13 glass pan.
Mix graham cracker crumbs with butter; spread evenly over bottom of pan.
Layer chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, chopped pecans and coconut.
Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over layers. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
Top should be a golden brown and bubbly around sides when bringing it out of oven; let cool thoroughly before cutting into squares.
