6 Week Bran Muffins
6 Week Bran Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. buttermilk, 2 1/2 level tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. oil and 2 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix first 3 ingredients together and add oil, eggs and white sugar that has been mixed well.
To both mixtures, add bran, raisins and flour.
Bake at 400Β° for 15 to 20 minutes in greased muffin tins.
Place remainder in a glass bowl that has extra room and can be covered as the mixture will raise somewhat.
This will last 6 weeks.
