5 Layer Mexican Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) can refried beans (spread on bottom), 1 (8 oz.) sour cream (spread on top of beans), 1 small jar picante sauce (spread on top of sour cream) and 1 small can diced black olives (spread on top of picante sauce), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Arrange diced tomatoes, chopped onions and chopped avocados on top of olives.
Top with shredded Cheddar, Monterey Jack cheese and shredded lettuce (if desired).
This may be a dip, but it's a meal in itself.
