Mix flour and sugar.
Put water, cocoa and oleo in pan and bring to boil; pour over flour and sugar.
Mix well.
Add eggs, buttermilk, soda and vanilla.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 400Β° about 20 minutes until done.
Frost while hot.
