Place a thick layer of lettuce in a container.
Layer over this, in thin layers, the next 4 ingredients.
Seal the entire dish, from edge to edge, with a layer of mayonnaise.

Cover and seal all this tightly for 10 - 24 hours.
Do Not Mix before serving.
Keep refrigerated.
