10 Minute Toffee
10 Minute Toffee is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. water, 1 (5 oz.) pkg. sliced almonds, 1 (8 oz.) hershey milk chocolate bar and 2 sticks butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In frying pan, combine all ingredients except nuts and chocolate.
Turn heat to high and stir constantly in 1 direction until mixture begins to thicken and darken (about 10 minutes). Quickly stir in almonds.
Pour mixture onto greased cookie sheet. Spread evenly with spatula or wooden spoon.
Break chocolate into pieces on top of mixture. As chocolate melts, spread evenly over toffee mixture. Freeze 1 to 2 hours until hard. Break into pieces while still frozen. Can be stored at room temperature.
