1-2-3 Mushroom Pot Roast is an easy dinner. Made with 1 small can beefy mushroom soup (campbell's), 1 small can cream of mushroom soup, 1 envelope dry onion and mushroom soup mix, 1 (3 to 5 lb.) roast (beef or pork) and 2 c. water or white wine*, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat your oven to 350Β°.
Place your pot roast into a casserole dish or a baking bag; either will do.
If you place it in a casserole dish, it needs to have a cover.
Mix all the soups and liquid together; pour onto pot roast.
Bake for 3 hours. Serve pot roast with mashed potatoes or rice.
You'll already have your gravy.
