Zucchini Quiche
Zucchini Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 eggs, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 tbsp. butter, 1/4 c. milk and 3/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a large bowl, beat eggs and milk together.
Add garlic, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese. Stir until well blended.
Set aside. Generously spread butter on sides and bottom of a 9-inch pie pan. Sprinkle with wheat germ. Top with layer of Swiss cheese followed by onion, then zucchini. Sprinkle with milk and then pour over all.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes until center is set.
Remove from heat and cool.
