Zucchini Pie

Cook sliced zucchini, chopped onion, parsley and spices together (use big frying pan); really cooks down.
Drain.
Mix eggs and cheese together.
Spread crescent roll dough in pie plate. Spread yellow mustard over dough.
Mix zucchini mixture, egg and cheese mixture; put in pie crust and bake at 325Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
