Zucchini Pie
Zucchini Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. buttermilk or country refrigerator rolls, 2 zucchini, 1 onion, 3 oz. yellow or white cheese and 2 tbsp. margarine for saute, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Separate rolls and press them out into a glass pie pan. Thinly slice the zucchini and onion.
Saute zucchini and onion ringlets in butter until about half done.
Put half the veggies into the pie pan crust.
Add half of the cheese; repeat.
Bake according to roll recipe (400Β° for 12 to 15 minutes).
