Zucchini Parmesan
Zucchini Parmesan is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 small garlic cloves, 1/2 onion, chopped, 1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce, 2 zucchini, sliced thin and garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Saute onion and garlic cloves in oil.
Add zucchini and saute. Put half of the zucchini and onion mixture into casserole dish. Add a layer of sauce, then garlic salt and Italian seasoning.
Add layer of Provolone and remainder of zucchini and more seasonings, then rest of Provolone.
Top with sauce, then Parmesan and seasonings.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes.
