Zucchini Lasagna
Zucchini Lasagna is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (26 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce, 8 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained, 4 c. zucchini, sliced, 3/4 lb. mozzarella cheese, sliced or shreds and 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In a 9 x 13-inch pan, spread a small amount of the sauce. Layer half the noodles in the dish.
Top with half the zucchini slices, half the sauce and half the Mozzarella cheese in layers. Repeat layers of noodles, sauce and Mozzarella.
Sprinkle Parmesan on top.
Bake at 375Β° for 25 minutes or until zucchini is tender.
