Zucchini Jam
Zucchini Jam is an easy dinner. Made with 6 c. zucchini, peeled, grated and seeded, 6 c. sugar, 1/2 c. lemon juice, 1 c. crushed pineapple with juice and 1 pkg. (6 oz.) jello (apricot or raspberry), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Boil zucchini 6 minutes or until clear and drain.
May have to squeeze.
Add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple.
Boil hard for 6 minutes.
Remove form heat and add jello.
