Zucchini Dressing Casserole
Zucchini Dressing Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. zucchini, 1/4 c. onion, 1/2 lb. sausage, 1 c. sour cream and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook zucchini and onion in salted water for 5 minutes; drain. Brown sausage and drain.
Combine sour cream, soup, zucchini and carrots.
Add margarine to dressing.
Layer 1/2 of dressing in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan or 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Pour vegetables over and sprinkle sausage on.
Add remaining dressing and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle top with 1 cup grated cheese; return to oven to melt.
