Zucchini Dressing
Zucchini Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 3 c. diced zucchini, 1 medium diced onion, 1 box stove top dressing (chicken) and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Melt margarine in 2 1/2-quart casserole.
Cook zucchini and onion in melted margarine until tender.
Mix dressing according to directions on box.
Mix in with zucchini.
Add sour cream and chicken soup.
