Zucchini Dressing
Zucchini Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick oleo (scant), 3 c. diced zucchini, peeled, dash of minced onion, 1 box stove top stuffing (chicken) and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Fry zucchini and add minced onion in a small amount of fat for a few minutes.
Melt oleo in a casserole dish.
Put zucchini on top.
Mix dressing according to directions on box (except omit oleo).
Put on top of zucchini.
Add sour cream and chicken soup (undiluted).
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
