Zucchini Crisp
Zucchini Crisp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. flour, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt, 3 sticks oleo and 8 to 10 c. cubed zucchini, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Peel zucchini.
Slice lengthwise in half, remove seeds and cube.
Place zucchini in a large skillet with the lemon juice. Cover and cook until zucchini becomes transparent and soft (about 15 to 25 minutes).
Add sugar and cinnamon.
Simmer for 2 minutes. Add 1/2 of remaining crumb mixture to zucchini.
This will thicken it.
Spread zucchini onto baked crust.
Sprinkle remaining half of crumb mixture on top.
Bake at 375Β° for 35 minutes.
Tastes like apple pie.
