Cream shortening and sugar.
Add eggs, zucchini and vanilla. Mix well.
Sift in dry ingredients, mixing well.
Stir in nuts. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Yields about 96 cookies.
Store in airtight container.
