Zucchini Casserole
Zucchini Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sliced zucchini, 2 c. boiling water, 2 eggs, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook zucchini until tender and drain. Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Beat eggs, stir in mayonnaise, chopped onion and pepper and Parmesan cheese.
Add to zucchini, salt and pepper to taste.
Dot with butter and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
