Zucchini Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 5 c. peeled zucchini, 1 can cream of potato soup, 1 c. sour cream and 1 pkg. stove top stuffing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Fix package of Stove Top according to package directions; add 1/4 cup more water.
Parboil zucchini for 5 minutes and drain. Place 1/2 Stove Top mixture into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole and press into bottom of pan.
