Zucchini Casserole
Zucchini Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large zucchini (3 small), 1 tbsp. butter, 1/4 c. sour cream, 1/2 c. grated cheese and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook zucchini about halfway; drain well.
Mix together melted butter, sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper.
Cook on top of stove on low heat until cheese melts.
Remove from heat and stir in onion.
Mix sauce and drained zucchini; put into baking dish and top with remaining melted butter, mixed into bread crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
