Zucchini Casserole
Zucchini Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. tiny cubed zucchini, 1/2 c. onion, chopped, 1 c. sour cream, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 pkg. stove top stuffing mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Boil for 5 minutes the zucchini and onions.
Drain.
Mix stuffing mix with melted butter and water.
Spread 9 x 12-inch pan with stuffing mixture.
Mix drained zucchini with sour cream and cream of chicken soup.
Pour over crust.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
