Zucchini Casserole
Zucchini Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. cut-thin zucchini, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 c. sour cream and 1 c. shredded carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt butter; add stuffing and set aside.
Cook onion and squash for 5 minutes in boiling water, drain and then add soup, sour cream and carrots.
Line half the stuffing on bottom; then add squash mixture.
Put other half stuffing on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 1/2 hour.
