Zucchini Casserole
Zucchini Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) canister stove top stuffing, 1/4 c. oleo, melted, 2 small zucchini, 2 medium onions and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Pour oleo over top of Stove Top crumbs; stir.
Spread half of mixture in bottom of a cake pan.
Chunk zucchini and onions; put in pan with just enough water to boil.
Boil 5 minutes and drain. Stir in sour cream and soup.
After well blended, pour over Stove Top in cake pan.
Sprinkle remaining crumbs over casserole.
Bake at 375Β° for 35 minutes.
