Made with 3 to 4 medium zucchini, washed and chopped to pea size, 1 medium onion, finely chopped, 1 1/4 c. bisquick, 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Add oil, then add this to zucchini mixture.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° (325° if glass) for 45 to 50 minutes.
