Chunk squash.
Par-boil, drain and mash.
Leave skin on.
Put in baking dish.
Beat egg yolks lightly.
Add all ingredients except egg whites.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold into vegetable mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
