Zucchini Casserole
Zucchini Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. havarti cheese, 1 medium zucchini, italian breadcrumbs (1/4 cup) and cherry tomato slices (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Slice enough cheese to cover bottom of 8-inch glass pie dish. Peel zucchini and slice medium pieces over cheese and then sprinkle with Italian breadcrumbs.
Repeat.
Remember to start and end with cheese.
For added appearance, top with slices of cherry tomato. Cook in oven at 350Β° for about 1/2 hour or until brown on edges and bubbly.
Cool slightly and serve.
